How far in advance should we hire you?
As soon as your date and venue are taking shape, reach out: the earlier we start, the more options you have for vendors, dates and budget. If your wedding is almost fully planned, our Day-of Coordination fits the final months.
Will we lose control of our wedding decisions?
No. Decisions always belong to the couple. Our role is to organize, guide and execute: we present options, flag what may or may not work, and make sure everything happens the way you chose.
What is the difference between your planning and the venue coordinator?
The venue coordinator works for the venue. We work for you: following vendors across every area, protecting the couple’s interests and running the entire day, from getting ready to the send-off.
